Terms and Conditions

Every occupant over 18 years old must sign a Liability Release and Waiver. All occupants must listen while the captain has a pre-departure safety briefing. Anyone not willing to adhere to ALL safety requirements will be asked to disembark the vessel.

Rules and Regulations:

-HAVE FUN! Please be courteous to crew and other patrons. We reserve the right to remove any unruly or overly intoxicated patrons. Alcohol is allowed and we want EVERYONE to have fun but please drink responsibly. (Crew will not be consuming alcohol)

-NO SPRAY SUNSCREEN these products can delaminate finishes and fabrics on board. No exceptions.

-NO GLASS BOTTLES. We ask that any beverages brought on board are in cans or plastic. Boats are naturally always moving and bottles fall, break and create safety hazards.

-UNDER FLORIDA LAW any passengers under 6 years old must wear a PFD any time a vessel is underway. We are equipped with 6 Type 1 PFDs with lights and whistles as required by USCG and FWC, we ask that small children bring their own size appropriate PFD. We also have global GPS beacon, 2 VHF radios and Garmin MFD for GPS navigation. Your safety is our number one concern.

Return and Refund Policy

All charters will require a $100 deposit to hold date and time. Deposits can be made on Venmo or in cash only. Venmo payments will incur a 2% fee to the buyer. Refunds will be made for cancelations made 7 days in advance. We offer a 10% discount for total payments made in cash due to rising 3rd party fees incurred. All sales will incur a 7% sales tax, no exceptions.
The Captain reserves the right to cancel or postpone departure based on weather conditions. Light showers and clouds are part of Florida life and won't necessarily be grounds for cancellation. Safety is our #1 concern and we will not embark under hazardous conditions. i.e. heavy winds or rain. Under these circumstances a 100% refund will be issued.
The Captain reserves the right to remove any patrons that present a safety risk to themselves, crew or other patrons. NO REFUNDS will be issued under these circumstances.
